It's high capacity battery with extended hours. Get around 4 hours of battery life.

1. Good Store and Service

This company is excellent. After a couple of orders, I keep going back to them. Even when I had to return an item for a replacement, the turnaround for the RMA and the replacement was faster than I expected. The not-so-intelligent individuals at the Post Office delivered it to the wrong address. The Brilliant Store was nice enough to send me another one, no questions asked. 2. Good but need betterment

The website had some conflicting data on HP Pavilion dv8177ea replacement batteries, ordered wrong one, had to ship back. They were quick to respond and accommodating but still cost me some money. They were in my opinion partially at fault due to confusing product descriptions. Though, good service on my return, fast, reliable service and delivery. 50% price of brand merchandise for quality of the same.

4. Pretty Good Store

Experience at brilliantstore.com was pretty good. I ordered a HP Pavilion dv8177ea replacement battery and adapter, both "retail" boxes (I've had bad experiences several times with "OEM" kit). I ordered on the Sunday evening, and the Fedex truck arrived Wednesday. The box was in good condition and filled with foam packing peanuts. Both the battery and adapter worked right out of the box. Shipping was free on my order.
