1. Responsible Customer Service

It took a couple days for them to send tracking info, I"m used to a more automated process, I suppose. Still, it shipped the same day and arrived on schedule. FedEx isn"t my favorite, as UPS usually delivers earlier in the day (by 10am) compared to FedEx, which delivered at around 1pm. The best part is that the HP Pavilion DV9006TX battery works just like it should. My laptop will soon get a spare part, as I"ll buy another - that"s another bit here. The price was fantastic. I paid for 2-day shipping and still got a replacement HP Pavilion DV9006TX battery. No complaints at all, and I will buy from them again when I go to order a spare parts, and will refer anybody who needs a laptop accessories to them as a result of the good experience. Thanks!

Delivery was fast and everything arrived intact. Customer service was absolutely exceptional. I called in expecting to have to wait at least a half hour to talk to someone (as is typical for some merchants) but waited less than 5 minutes! Also, email responses were very quick and helpful. Brilliantstore will do whatever it can to please its customers.

I looked around for the HP Pavilion DV9006TX battery and fortunately, they actually had the best price and then I purchased it from them. It came in a few days and it works great. This store is always there for me when I need a great deal or computer parts shipped out quickly. I haven't had a bad experience with them or any of the items I've acquired from them. Probably the best spot overall on the net to get your electronic goods!
