1. Flaw but Good Price

The transaction was easy and the information accurate. Communication was good and the product arrived in a very timely manner. The product itself does not have the same quality feel as the last replacement or the original. For the cost it looks sufficient. On the whole, this company has been great. They took very good care of me.

Unbelievable! The BEST service I have EVER experienced on line (and I shop a lot on line) - I ordered this HP Pavilion DV9330US battery on a Wednesday afternoon, and it was in my house on Friday, with no special shipping instructions. You have a customer for life! This is my second order from brilliant store, my first order they sent my shipment short but they were so good at correcting the problem "no questions asked" that I ordered from them again and this time it was no problem. The battery came fast and works.
