1. Flaw but Good Service

I bought parts over time for a new PC I was building everything came at least 1 day less than expected. All parts but one was in good shape. The case was damaged in shipping. I got it turned around in a week and had plenty of help from customer service. I will continue to use this store for my computer needs. Thanks !

It"s a very good company! Broke my HP Pavilion ZD7999US laptop battery and looked everywhere for a replacement. Found this store, purchased HP Pavilion ZD7999US battery which was extremely reasonable in price got it in 4 days standard. Product was well protected and arrived perfectly. I will definitely buy from this company again. Sent confirmation emails and shipping information within a day. Very good experience for me.

Positive ratings, as item searched in Google, and found that in Brilliantstore.com, ordered and delivered. Fast shipping, resolved an issue quickly and without incident. My order of HP Pavilion ZD7999US laptop battery from them without problem and will continue to go back to them! One minor negative: web page could have been slightly more attractive/professional, but only slightly.

Thanks Brilliantstore! Not only for an awesome HP Pavilion ZD7999US battery at an unbeatable price but for caring about your customers everywhere. I recently placed a large order for computer parts to build a gaming PC and not only did 90% of the parts I need come from them, but they were the cheapest source of parts I could find. Both the store community and staff are exceptionally helpful. The rating system is an accurate indicator of the quality of a part and is helpful in choosing which parts to buy. Customer service responded fast to a problem I had and within 30 minutes we had exchanged a series of 5 emails and my problem was resolved. I have nothing but praise for this website and have no complaints.
