1. Good Price and Reception

BrilliantStore was not my first choice to purchase the HP Pavilion ze4115 battery to begin with because their price was a little low and I figured that there may not be any customer service like some other low price internet stores. However, it completely changed my opinion after I called and answered by a courteous and knowledgeable service representative. The battery arrived in 3 days in ground shipping (most web site will deliver in 5-7 days). Their service was worth the extra bucks than they are. Finding the product and information was relatively easy. The site was easy to navigate and free of errors. Great experience. I recommend using Brilliantstore.com to everyone out there.

A very smooth and efficient transaction: a Sunday afternoon order resulted in a Monday morning dispatch and receipt of the product (by regular "free" shipping) by Tuesday afternoon. At the best price on the Internet, also. And I was kept informed accurately of the progress of my order throughout.

Delivery was fast and everything arrived intact. Customer service was absolutely exceptional. I called in expecting to have to wait at least a half hour to talk to someone (as is typical for some merchants) but waited less than 5 minutes! Also, email responses were very quick and helpful. Brilliantstore will do whatever it can to please its customers.
4. Flaw but Good Service

I bought parts over time for a new PC I was building everything came at least 1 day less than expected. All parts but one was in good shape. The case was damaged in shipping. I got it turned around in a week and had plenty of help from customer service. I will continue to use this store for my computer needs. Thanks !
