1. Good Product and One Flaw

The HP Pavilion ZV5024AP battery I needed was easy to find, cheap, works well, and delivered on time. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I will order from them again next time I need anything. One concern is that survey link should automatically be pre filled out with order number and date associated with my transaction. Hope to see better situation of this.

3. Good though Expensive

I ordered replacement HP Pavilion ZV5024AP batteries for Compaq and Sony Vaio laptops and it was shipped within 48 hours. Battery actually has more capacity than rated. However the prices for the items were higher at Brilliantstore.com when compared to other websites. Plus it has FAST accurate service! Great Transaction. Look forward to more business in the future!!
