2. Flaw but Good Service

I bought parts over time for a new PC I was building everything came at least 1 day less than expected. All parts but one was in good shape. The case was damaged in shipping. I got it turned around in a week and had plenty of help from customer service. I will continue to use this store for my computer needs. Thanks !

I looked around for the HP Pavilion ZV5112EA battery and fortunately, they actually had the best price and then I purchased it from them. It came in a few days and it works great. This store is always there for me when I need a great deal or computer parts shipped out quickly. I haven't had a bad experience with them or any of the items I've acquired from them. BrilliantStore was not my first choice to purchase the HP Pavilion ZV5112EA battery to begin with because their price was a little low and I figured that there may not be any customer service like some other low price internet stores. However, it completely changed my opinion after I called and answered by a courteous and knowledgeable service representative. The battery arrived in 3 days in ground shipping (most web site will deliver in 5-7 days). Their service was worth the extra bucks than they are.
