1. Good Service and Recommend

I was quite satisfied with my order, and my experience with your company! They had the best "bottom line" price. The web site was very easy to use and understand. No hassles. 2. Flaw but Good Service

I ordered an HP Pavilion ZV5159EA battery. The first time it was delivered by the carrier (USPS), I actually never received it (got lost by the carrier?). I called Brilliant Store, and they were very professional and polite about it. They agreed to ship another one right away, no questions asked. They probably had to deal with USPS directly for insurance, etc. The second shipment came on time. The battery was brand new, and had the exact specs, as promised. I'm very happy with BrilliantStore's service and support, and on-time delivery. Will definitely come back
3. Good Price and Fast Shipping

I purchased 2 HP Pavilion ZV5159EA batteries from Brilliantstore.com. The combined total with shipping was $95. Similar batteries at my local Radio Shack would have been close to $130 plus tax. I ordered on 12/31 and the batteries were in my mailbox 1/4 even over the holiday. Communications was excellent. Price was good; shipping was fast with good communications. What else could one ask for?! Highly recommended. Good for you!

The website is simple to understand and it's easy to complete the purchase, with only one extra page with other products suggestions and then it's pretty straightforward. Shipping and delivery on time, absolutely no problems with packaging and condition of the product when it was received. It works pretty well too, no problems whatsoever.
