Needed and adapter quick before a business trip and they delivered it via one day air it arrived at my house the next morning before my flight.

2. The AC adapter does not work for this laptop

Unfortunately, this AC adapter does not work with the laptop, even though the laptop is listed as a compatible model on the web site.
Update: They sent me a replacement and worked great so far. Appreciated
