Battery is as its advertised on the website. The battery that arrived was DOA.
After calling the company i was sent a replacement the replacement that was sent to me works but doesn't hold a charge as long as my original battery. Customer service was great but the battery not so.

I bought this battery for my HP ZE4500 and it works like it said it would. Very efficient and lasts longer than the battery I had before I made this purchase. Would recommend them to everyone!!

Works perfectly well, as advertised. Charges and holds charge as expected. This is the generic version, works seemlessly and no problems during any of the charging or usage periods. In all, well designed and works great.

Offered excellent service. Website seems not always up-to-date regarding availability of product. Staff quickly notified me and shipped what they had available. Very fast shipment. Would buy from them again.

I have to say it has good prices, fair shipping. While tracking interface needs to be better. I was never able to get tracking information from link provided. Always got message "tracking information unavailable at this time, try again later", which I did, and got the same message - even from different computers. Anyway no complaints on the product and service! Easy to use website, great response via the phone (question about my shipping address), and product was just what I wanted and got here quickly. Thanks!

The battery holds a charge longer than the orginal, but the battery still seems to discharge sooner than I would like.
