1. Easy Order and Good Experience

This store was one of only a few that had the item that I needed, and it had the lowest prices. The description said the item was in stock, and it was easy to place my order. My order was received in perfect condition less than a week after ordering. Every on-line and / or "brick & mortar?? experience should be this easy. Shipped quickly and cost effective. I was a little set back to find that there is no Saturday Fed-Ex delivery it did not specify, clearly, if at all, when I paid extra for Fed-ex next day in my shipping preferences and extra again to get the order expedited in hopes of same day. I have been charged for something, which was not delivered. I made the order at 4:50am Friday morning and my credit card was charged 5:42:01 AM PST well before their 12pm noon window.

No problem with order. Prompt shipment. Very pleased with product. Found out that FEDEX does not deliver faster than what you pay for - shipped Express Saver (3-4 day) but from tracking, it arrived locally overnight, but they held in warehouse until third day before attempting delivery. FEDEX was, however, very cooperative at arranging delivery.

Usually with online stores you have to jump through hoops to return something if it doesn't work, but these guys are very quick and responsive. To me that makes a big difference. One of the key advantages a store has over an online store is that you can take stuff back easily.
