This store has fantastic products and fantastic prices. I have become, over the years, very happy with the customer service as well. I don"t think there is any other organization with better customer service. And few times that there have been issues I received excellent customer service; I will continue to buy products from them and recommend them to others.

Brilliantstore is not just a place to buy computer parts. I ordered some camera accessories last Monday night. Everything was shipped out the very next day and arrived three days later. The order was filled correctly and every item was brand new in original sealed packaging. Their prices were competitive and I got free shipping on my purchases. I had a hard time finding these particular item sin stock elsewhere. This was my first experience with online seller and I was very impressed.

I have to say it has good prices, fair shipping. While tracking interface needs to be better. I was never able to get tracking information from link provided. Always got message "tracking information unavailable at this time, try again later", which I did, and got the same message - even from different computers. Anyway no complaints on the product and service! Easy to use website, great response via the phone (question about my shipping address), and product was just what I wanted and got here quickly. Thanks!

This is a second item that I ordered at this store. I'm totally happy with! I will come back with more items if this store has a better price to compare with others. Its informative site that helped me choose from a variety of batteries. The price is great too. I wish more on-line companies offer recommendations to help customers select products because many of us need expert advice.
