1. Good Product and Fast Shipping

Have found what I was looking for and was not raked over the coals on the price and it was the right part. Just a great transaction, it was delivered very promptly and arrived and functioning great. I will look to them again next time I need parts.
2. Flaw but Good Service

I bought parts over time for a new PC I was building everything came at least 1 day less than expected. All parts but one was in good shape. The case was damaged in shipping. I got it turned around in a week and had plenty of help from customer service. I will continue to use this store for my computer needs. Thanks !
3. HP DV8100

The battery is not a bad bargain the price is not as steep as the original HP or well known brand. The quality of the battery is questionable since I have not herd of this DekCell before but I went ahead and ordered one judging by other reviews of other model batteries. Upon receiving the battery the battery was OK not as bad as I thought it would be. So far the battery has held a charge and lasts 4hours or so.

These guys are excellent. Each and every order I have placed has been delivered quickly and accurate. I find here to have the best prices, they're not always the lowest but when you figure s&h they usually are. The one time I did return an item, it was handled fast and my exchange was received the same week! Their customer service is excellent, prices very good. This is one of the few on line retailers that I use as a price standard and I have been so impressed with there service that I almost always buy from them.

I received my orders in 2 days. However, there were 2 items which should be included were missing. I sent an email to the customer service and got a quick response. I received the missing items in two day. The help of customer service was greatly appreciated.
