1. Good service and price never lose customers

These guys are excellent. Each and every order I have placed has been delivered quickly and accurate. I find here to have the best prices, they"re not always the lowest but when you figure s&h they usually are. The one time I did return an item, it was handled fast and my exchange was received the same week! Their customer service is excellent, prices very good. This is one of the few on line retailers that I use as a price standard and I have been so impressed with there service that I almost always buy from them.

The higher capacity allows me to be on my notebook longer then before. The battery also extends from the bottom a little bit and elevates the notebook a bit to help typing a little bit easier and cools the notebook a bit.

This store's efficiency has always been exemplary, and their customer service is helpful too. But they didn't just refund for a defective component (which was out of stock), but also credited the return shipping fee, and also offered free shipping on a similar item. Briliantstore has won my highest respect. Having worked 15 years as a systems engineer, I can state this store's integrity and customer concern sets them above.

Have found what I was looking for and was not raked over the coals on the price and it was the right part. Just a great transaction, it was delivered very promptly and arrived and functioning great. I will look to them again next time I need parts.
5. Flaw but Good Price

The transaction was easy and the information accurate. Communication was good and the product arrived in a very timely manner. The product itself does not have the same quality feel as the last replacement or the original. For the cost it looks sufficient. On the whole, this company has been great. They took very good care of me.
