1. Fast Shipping and Good Service

Got the order for this battery out before Thanksgiving. It got delivered just in a few days. So far, I'm satisfy with the battery, and a lot more with the price. What a price compare with the OEM HP battery.

Delivery was fast and everything arrived intact. Customer service was absolutely exceptional. I called in expecting to have to wait at least a half hour to talk to someone (as is typical for some merchants) but waited less than 5 minutes! Also, email responses were very quick and helpful. Brilliantstore will do whatever it can to please its customers.
