1. Flaw but Good Store

Brilliant Store is a good merchant; unfortunately, The part number is for 3 or 4 different batteries. I"m pleased with dealing with this company but am unhappy that I had to pay for shipping to return an earlier product which was defective when I received it. Real pain in the butt and it"s not your fault, that there are so many different batteries for the laptops. I have spent more time trying figuring out if I was buying the right battery. The old battery wasn"t much help and it was a good thing I still had the original shipping materials. But this store company was quick/good/accurate and has a very nice deal. I am very happy with this transaction and look forward to doing business here again. By the by, I"ll need coupons or free shipping.

I ordered this replacement for a #346971-001. It took a couple of times of fully cycling the battery to get the full charge but other than that it last long and seems to be working well.

I have ordered all the parts to build my first computer here. Great prices, fast shipping, and a user friendly web site made planning and buying my system a breeze. All the correct parts arrived when they were supposed to. When FedEx ruined several pieces during the delivery process, brilliantstore's customer service department bent over backwards to help me replace them at no extra cost to me. A replacement also came damaged by FedEx and they shipped THAT replacement to me overnight with no shipping charge. As you can tell, I'm impressed with them and their customer service department. (NOT FedEx!!) I will definitely shop there again and recommend them to my fellow "geeks".

Delivery was fast and everything arrived intact. Customer service was absolutely exceptional. I called in expecting to have to wait at least a half hour to talk to someone (as is typical for some merchants) but waited less than 5 minutes! Also, email responses were very quick and helpful. Brilliantstore will do whatever it can to please its customers.

I purchased a high capacity laptop battery that Brilliant Store recommends. This is a trustable store!!! Great customer service!!! Quick response if having any question! The product came on time. This is a second item that I ordered at this store. I'm totally happy with! I will come back with more items if this store has a better price to compare with others. Its informative site that helped me choose from a variety of batteries. The price is great too. I wish more on-line companies offer recommendations to help customers select products because many of us need expert advice.
