1. I like the customer service

Delivery was fast and everything arrived intact. Customer service was absolutely exceptional. I called in expecting to have to wait at least a half hour to talk to someone (as is typical for some merchants) but waited less than 5 minutes! Also, email responses were very quick and helpful. Brilliantstore will do whatever it can to please its customers.

I received my orders in 2 days. However, there were 2 items which should be included were missing. I sent an email to the customer service and got a quick response. I received the missing items in two day. The help of customer service was greatly appreciated.

They always seem to have the lowest price. I've ordered from them twice, both times the stuff comes quickly and in good shape. I haven't had to return or get in any hassle yet so that's why service was only good.
4. 2nd life with my HP ZV6000

My HP zv6000 is at the lower end of the price range for HP ZV series notebooks, but I felt it was an excellent value at the time. My intended purpose was to replace my desktop with a sizeable style notebook, but with 3-4 hours of battery life. Now, I get about 30 minutes of power up time on my original battery. The processor is an AMD desktop variant and built-in two fans for cooling. It generates a lot of heat which draws power from the battery. Now, I needed a higher capacity battery because the laptop is older and draws more power. I got this high capacity battery from brilliantstore.com . It met my expectation with 4+ hours of battery life and hope to power my HP zv6000 for another 2 years. Thanks.

The Battery keeps falling out of the system and does not keep its charge. I beleive I was sold a defective product.

The orginal HP batery cover does not work well after it got opened. It can be fixed. We now have this model of battery for with new the cover to fix it
