Order arrived quickly and as described. Excellent product for my NC2400. It lasts 4-6 hours, and that works for me!!! It was sold at a very competitive price, especially for HP replacement batteries. Excellent Job!

While USPS showed our battery was delivered, we did not receive the shipment. When I emailed briliantstore.com, I received a response immediately and the problem was very quickly rectified. I am extremely pleased with the response time and the level of customer service. Order was at my house within 48 hours. Thank you!
