1. Flaw but Good Service

No problem with order. Prompt shipment. Very pleased with product. Found out that FEDEX does not deliver faster than what you pay for - shipped Express Saver (3-4 day) but from tracking, it arrived locally overnight, but they held in warehouse until third day before attempting delivery. FEDEX was, however, very cooperative at arranging delivery.
2. Interesting form, Good battery

This battery has been great so far. I needed an extra capacity battery for my T42. The battery slided in easily. I don't mind the extra weight since I am using it mostly on a flatsurface when I am out of my home. Pros: like the extra capacity. It delivered on the performance. Cons: take a bit use to when carry my T42 to have the battery extended out from the back (bottom). But its a short time, since mostly, I carry my laptop in a bag. Good price... The was a plus

Thanks for their smooth transaction, quick shipping, timely delivery, order was as specified. Really can't ask for more than that. Would rate as excellent, but since I had not experienced aspects of their customer services, good is as high as I can go.
5. Flaw but Good Price

I was very happy with my experience with Brilliant. I will be shopping more from them. You had the product I needed. I couldn't find it anywhere locally. And they had the best price for this item although handling and shipping cost was higher than anywhere else ($40 may have been realistic since the item weighed 35 lbs, but it seemed high). Bottom line though was that the overall cost was still the lowest that I found.
