I am quite satisfied with this company. I purchased a computer"s worth of loose parts from them mid-summer, and just now another batch. Both times, the service was tip-top; quickly processed, quickly delivered, no mix ups, and the cancellation process was smooth as butter, when it was required. I will definitely use this store again in the future.

I started shopping there couple years ago and I feel that I should help those guys by writing a review. It is not that I was asked. I'm doing it because of their great service. I shopped at brilliantstore com at least five times and I have not had a bad experience once. If you live close to LA, don't ever pick 3day, 2day or next day shipping because if they ship with UPS, you will get your items the next day, so always look for the ground/free shipping.

Purchased item on line without any trouble. Received an e-mail stating the order was received and later a tracking number. They have fast shipping, smooth transaction, product purchased as described. They always seem to have the lowest price. I've ordered from them twice, both times the stuff comes quickly and in good shape. I haven't had to return or get in any hassle yet so that's why service was only good.
