1. Flaw but Good Store

Brilliant Store is a good merchant; unfortunately, The part number is for 3 or 4 different batteries. I"m pleased with dealing with this company but am unhappy that I had to pay for shipping to return an earlier product which was defective when I received it. Real pain in the butt and it"s not your fault, that there are so many different batteries for the laptops. I have spent more time trying figuring out if I was buying the right battery. The old battery wasn"t much help and it was a good thing I still had the original shipping materials. But this store company was quick/good/accurate and has a very nice deal. I am very happy with this transaction and look forward to doing business here again. By the by, I"ll need coupons or free shipping.

Purchased item on line without any trouble. Received an e-mail stating the order was received and later a tracking number. They have fast shipping, smooth transaction, product purchased as described. Ordering was VERY EASY. I made a mistake on my e-mail address and (oddly enough) I still got their confirmation e-mail. As soon as I noticed my error I contacted them and they fixed my error and sent me an updated e-mail. My order arrived MUCH faster than I anticipated - Thank You!!! Excellent Experience!!!!
