Overall, this website has been a pretty nice merchant for computer and electronics merchandise. They usually have the best prices, the reviews are helpful, and the shipping speed is quick. That"s totally what a customer wants from a seller.

I started shopping with brilliantstore two years ago, I find that they typically have the best prices on what I'm looking for and they don't jack up the price for shipping like some many vendors do. I was disappointed when they switched shipping vendors from Fed-Ex to UPS, last time I ordered Fed-Ex was still on option but was more expensive.

Fitment is almost perfect corner sticks out a little bit but thats OK. It still works as it should so no other cons about the battery

Delivery was fast and everything arrived intact. Customer service was absolutely exceptional. I called in expecting to have to wait at least a half hour to talk to someone (as is typical for some merchants) but waited less than 5 minutes! Also, email responses were very quick and helpful. Brilliantstore will do whatever it can to please its customers.

Fantastic price! Though I was sent out 1 of the 4 items I ordered. I called, got a quick and friendly response. The reception lady explained the situation and no questions asked they sent the missing 3 items. I was very pleased. The product was shipped promptly and arrived in good condition.
