At first, I was kind of worried about using a new merchant, but was pleasantly surprised at the excellent service and quick shipping. It"s a great store doing business with. Transaction went very smoothly. I would order from them again.

I have to say it has good prices, fair shipping. While tracking interface needs to be better. I was never able to get tracking information from link provided. Always got message "tracking information unavailable at this time, try again later", which I did, and got the same message - even from different computers. Anyway no complaints on the product and service! Easy to use website, great response via the phone (question about my shipping address), and product was just what I wanted and got here quickly. Thanks!

Overall, this website has been a pretty nice merchant for computer and electronics merchandise. They usually have the best prices, the reviews are helpful, and the shipping speed is quick. That's totally what a customer wants from a seller.

This is a good replacement battery for r notebook if you need one if for some reason yours broke or lost. This one will work very well with your notebook.

Quick delivery and reasonable pricing were such that I would return to this merchant again and again. I would recommend this merchant to others also. And there should be a choice of Not Applicable above for 'out of stock' notices. It did not apply to me in this transaction. Had a great experience and would order again! Thanks
