1. Fantastic price

Fantastic price! Though I was sent out 1 of the 4 items I ordered. I called, got a quick and friendly response. The reception lady explained the situation and no questions asked they sent the missing 3 items. I was very pleased. The product was shipped promptly and arrived in good condition.
2. Flaw but Good Service

While USPS showed our battery was delivered, we did not receive the shipment. When I emailed briliantstore.com, I received a response immediately and the problem was very quickly rectified. I am extremely pleased with the response time and the level of customer service. Order was at my house within 48 hours. Thank you!
3. First time replacement user

I had no idea all the fine print on the back of the OEM meant something. the part number was essential in finding this replacement, so here's a tip for 1st time replacement users...know your oem battery part number before you purchase any replacement battery. And so far the battery is working out better than I expected.

This company is excellent. After a couple of orders, I keep going back to them. Even when I had to return an item for a replacement, the turnaround for the RMA and the replacement was faster than I expected. The not-so-intelligent individuals at the Post Office delivered it to the wrong address. The Brilliant Store was nice enough to send me another one, no questions asked. I could truly not ask for a better company with better customer service. Thank you, Thank you!!
5. Fairly Good as Online Merchant

Pretty standard as far as online merchants go. They shipped the correct item, and it got here just fine. I wish they would all give you the shipping and tax rates before you enter in all your account information. It's harder to bargain shop when you have to fill out so many forms to see what the BOTTOM LINE price is going to be. For this seller, the point is item arrived on time and in excellent working condition.
