A very smooth and efficient transaction: a Sunday afternoon order resulted in a Monday morning dispatch and receipt of the product (by regular "free" shipping) by Tuesday afternoon. At the best price on the Internet, also. And I was kept informed accurately of the progress of my order throughout.

The website is simple to understand and it's easy to complete the purchase, with only one extra page with other products suggestions and then it's pretty straightforward. Shipping and delivery on time, absolutely no problems with packaging and condition of the product when it was received. It works pretty well too, no problems whatsoever.

Battery is great works well with my notebook.
The batt. capacity is perfect last pretty long and it is a 8 cell battery so you get an extra 2 cells compared to the original 6 cell.
