1. Flaw but Good Service

While USPS showed our battery was delivered, we did not receive the shipment. When I emailed briliantstore.com, I received a response immediately and the problem was very quickly rectified. I am extremely pleased with the response time and the level of customer service. Order was at my house within 48 hours. Thank you!

4. Regular Light Weight

My old one got bad only 8 months with Lenovo. I like this with the regular size and light weight as I want to bring it for travel. It can last up to 3 hours for regular usage such as web browse, e-mail and word process. Works well for the price
