I bought this laptop for my IBM S10 Black Mini which is a great computer by the way. The battery life ranges from 4-6 hours around 10 on stand by mode. The fitment was on the dot. At first glance I'm a little skeptical, but once you first turn on your power all of the sudden thoughts seem to fade. The IBM S10 replacement battery from Brilliant Store is cue to the original. The quality of the body work and power out put to keep my laptop alive is outstanding! This is what I would call a must buy!

Prices are almost always near the lowest end. Combine it with the speed and free or near free shipping, and it makes for almost the best combination. I never needed customer service, so can't say much about that. The website is excellent, stuff is easy to find and order, specs are right there, no misleading info anywhere. Everything is spelled out for you. You can even post and read reviews of the products they carry.
