1. Good Service Reception and Product

Since I had never purchased anything through Brilliantstore.com, I decided to telephone the 800 number. I wanted to make absolutely certain I was ordering the right Jetta JetBook 2300 battery for my laptop. The young lady who answered the phone was very polite and I was immediately convinced that she was going to help me make the right choice. Within seconds, she instructed me as to the correct part-number. I was advised that my package would be delivered in about a week. Considering that shipping was taking place during the Christmas holidays, I expected that there might be a delay. However, my package arrived yesterday, 12/22/09, I immediately took the Jetta JetBook 2300 battery to a local computer repair shop and to my surprise, it was back in business in less than one hour. The price was decent and it was readily available in their store. Overall, I was thoroughly pleased with Brilliantstore AND I expect to do business with this company again in the future. No question.....I got the right battery.
2. Nice Battery Item

I needed to purchase a replacement battery pack Jetta JetBook 2300 for an old laptop that my pup chewed through. I received an order confirmation soon after the purchase and it arrived shortly after that. The price was much lower than manufacturer store was charging. I conditioned the battery with an overnight charge and a full cycle, followed by another overnight charge. So far so good. It holds about the same charge that my original battery did when I bought the laptop in 2002. The unit has been working flawlessly for two months now.

The site was very easy to navigate and pick out what I needed for my computer. I ordered my items on Wednesday night and it arrived Saturday morning. Very fast shipping and the Laptop Battery Jetta JetBook 2300 works great and looks sturdier than the ones from company.
