1. Very Disappointed
By Linda from Georgia on Feb 11, 2011
I purchased this ice maker in March 2009 for the office. I give it two stars only because the finely crushed ice is awesome but we've had various problems with the unit itself almost from the beginning. It leaked water from underneath so we filled it manually. It would stop working and we had to reset it almost daily. I don't think we ever figured out why. A few weeks ago it started making a terrible noise. Now, one year and 11 months later it has finally kicked the bucket. We miss the ice but not the frustration that came along with it.
