Heat Pump Disclaimer: Pridiom Ductless Mini-Split units are Heat Pumps and will operate in ambient conditions down to about 17° F (other conditions i.e. humidity and wind may increase or decrease working temperature and efficiency). Climates that routinely drop below 17° Pridiom recommends a back up source of heat. Units that utilize Pridiom's Advanced Inverter Technology can operate at temperatures down to - 4° F but, they still may require a back up source of heat depending upon the application. Consult your HVAC Professional before selecting a Heat Pump as the only source of heat.

I purchased a aws121hx,aos121hx Amcor revrce cycle mini-split air conditioner. It failed within 3 monts and have not been able to get a mother board for it. Byer be ware,I have a $1300.00 usless unit.

4. Amcor phones are no longer working

I purchased this 12000 ductless heat pump less than a year ago and the compressor is bad. The web vendor I purchased it from is no help and the company's phone numbers and web address are no longer valid for Amcor. I see web vendors are still selling Amcor heat pumps but I would suggest that you avoid purchasing one and also suggest that you do not buy off of the web. If you check the web vendors out no matter what name they go by, you will see that must web vendors names lead back to one main company which owes the right to sell under many names.
