Quick delivery and reasonable pricing were such that I would return to this merchant again and again. I would recommend this merchant to others also. And there should be a choice of Not Applicable above for "out of stock" notices. It did not apply to me in this transaction. Had a great experience and would order again! Thanks

2. Much More Reliable Store than Others

I've been shopping on-line for close to fifteen years now. My search for a computer part had included the usual suspects, but somehow ' PriceGrabber.com ' popped up and blew every price out of the water and the part was in stock. So that was how I met brilliantstore.com. This was so easy, quick and professional that I was in shock and pensive that something would surely go wrong. I am so very impressed with the Brilliantstore that I'll consult them on EVERY buy. The Brilliantstore raises the on-line buying 'bar' far above what the sleeping giants like newegg only makes believe they can do.

3. Good Store and Service

This company is excellent. After a couple of orders, I keep going back to them. Even when I had to return an item for a replacement, the turnaround for the RMA and the replacement was faster than I expected. The not-so-intelligent individuals at the Post Office delivered it to the wrong address. The Brilliant Store was nice enough to send me another one, no questions asked. I could truly not ask for a better company with better customer service. Thank you, Thank you!!
