This was a fantastic on-line shopping experience! Brilliantstore"s price was the lowest, including their shipping honest charges, unlike other companies that offer a low come-on price and then rip you off with a $10 "shipping and handling charge". I couldn"t believe that after placing my order in the morning, with normal 3-day UPS shipping and being informed that the item would be shipped in 24-48 hours, I actually received it the next afternoon!!! The communication from this company was outstanding as well - and it even arrived before they said it would. Thank you for your service!

I needed a new battery for my toughbook, with rebates paid $90.00 delivered. Works great can not go wrong for price and quality. Would buy from again in a heartbeat.
