This store"s efficiency has always been exemplary, and their customer service is helpful too. But they didn"t just refund for a defective component (which was out of stock), but also credited the return shipping fee, and also offered free shipping on a similar item. Briliantstore has won my highest respect. Having worked 15 years as a systems engineer, I can state this store"s integrity and customer concern sets them above.

I had thoughts of a difficult transaction when I had to email the company because they forgot to send part of my order. The company quickly handled the issue and sent out the missing order and was received in amazing time. Very happy. Thanks for great service and a great product.

These guys are excellent. Each and every order I have placed has been delivered quickly and accurate. I find here to have the best prices, they're not always the lowest but when you figure s&h they usually are. The one time I did return an item, it was handled fast and my exchange was received the same week! Their customer service is excellent, prices very good. This is one of the few on line retailers that I use as a price standard and I have been so impressed with there service that I almost always buy from them.
