Usually with online stores you have to jump through hoops to return something if it doesn"t work, but these guys are very quick and responsive. To me that makes a big difference. One of the key advantages a store has over an online store is that you can take stuff back easily.

I keep coming back to brilliantstore.com because the site is easy to get around on and it is easy to get to the part that I need for the specific model I have. 4. Flaw but Good Service

I bought parts over time for a new PC I was building everything came at least 1 day less than expected. All parts but one was in good shape. The case was damaged in shipping. I got it turned around in a week and had plenty of help from customer service. I will continue to use this store for my computer needs. Thanks !
