1. Sale Tax
No sales tax will be collected (except for shipment to a California address).
California residents living within Alameda county will be charged 8.75%. If you live outside of Alameda county but in the state of California, a 8.25% tax will be applied.
We will gladly credit sales tax for government institutions. Just fax us a copy of your Resale Certificate or Government tax-exemption form with an address matching that of your order's to 510-751-5309.
2. Country Custom Duty
All oversea orders including Canadian will be subject to their country custom duty.
3. Shipping Address
If the shipping address is different from billing address, BrilliantStore may ask customer's verification
4. Return Policy for Local Pick UP
Brilliant Store offers a 7-day return policy for local in-store pick-ups. Defective products can only be returned for exchange. Non-defective returns can only be returned for store credit and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Items must be returned with the original packaging, accessories, manuals and warranty card. Items without the original packaging will not be accepted. An additional 15% of restocking fee will be assessed for items returned without the accessories. Call before pick up because local pickup fees will be applied for some items
5. Why are you notifying me an item are out of stock when it shows in stock at time of purchase?
Please keep in mind that we use more than 20 vendors to provide our customers with a huge variety of products to buy from our website. We are of course not their only customer as other big household name websites also use the same vendors to ship from. Just because an item is in stock at time of purchase does not guarantee itis available when your order clears credit and is in queue to be shipped by our vendor.
There are numerous times when hot selling items that shows hundreds of qty in stock to run our within 1 hour! We are in a very fast paced business where supply and demand changes as often as every few minutes in some circumstances. We try our best by offering our customers with in stock data as accurate as possible so they can make better decisions about when and how much qty to buy. You can also see the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) of future shipments.
6. Can I make a change to my on-line order after it's been submitted?
Yes, but only if the order has not already been processed (check your order status). To change your order, you must immediately contact our customer service department or call 877-383-5641.
If the order has been processed, you need to following the store return policy to get them returned.
