Brilliant Store Return Policy


Brilliant store offers only fine quality merchandise. We will do our best to satisfy each and every customer to the best of our ability. We believe that you will be completely satisfied with all of your purchases and we want to ensure that you have a satisfactory shopping experience. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will:

  • Replace or exchange the merchandise (you will be responsible for the return shipping costs), or
  • Credit to your credit card account. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • All non defective returns have to be in new and resalable condition. If the customer does not wish to exchange their product, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
  • All big screen TVs, plasma TVs, flat screens that shipped to customer, manufacturer's warranty will be responsible, you must send them to an authorized service center only. We will assist you in contacting the manufacturer for repairs.
  • For Sony, Sanyo, JVC, Panasonic, Toshiba, Sharp electronics, such as: TVs, DVD players, car stereo, scanners, fax machines, printers, receivers, and home theaters are not returnable after box is opened. All inquiries will go to manufacturer service center.
  • Please allow 1 billing cycle in order to have your credit shown in your hard copy account statement after we actually refund you for credit due to the lag time of the credit card report
  • For any exchange or refund, we need a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging and all accessories.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND THE PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF THE RETURN SHIPPING. Returns related to orders that included "free shipping" will be subject to a 20% shipping recovery fee. To avoid the shipping recovery fee you may purchase another item of equal or greater value. Please contact our customer service department if you wish to pursue this option. All returns will be inspected and BrilliantStore.com reserves the right to adjust the refund on the return depending upon the condition of the returned product.

Personal care items ( such as shavers, hair or body care products) can not be returned after open due to healthy and safety concerns. It can only be return to the original manufacturer under their warranty policy

Before returning a product, you must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, please email to customer service department or call 877-383-5641 for more information.
