The product description and price was excellent compared to other web sites/vendors. Customer service was also very helpful via email and telephone I expected delivery in one week but I received my purchased item in one business day! I would use this vendor again! Purchased item on line without any trouble. Received an e-mail stating the order was received and later a tracking number. They have fast shipping, smooth transaction, product purchased as described. I was a little set back to find that there is no Saturday Fed-Ex delivery it did not specify, clearly, if at all, when I paid extra for Fed-ex next day in my shipping preferences and extra again to get the order expedited in hopes of same day. I have been charged for something, which was not delivered. I made the order at 4:50am Friday morning and my credit card was charged 5:42:01 AM PST well before their 12pm noon window.
