Pretty standard as far as online merchants go. They shipped the correct item, and it got here just fine. I wish they would all give you the shipping and tax rates before you enter in all your account information. It"s harder to bargain shop when you have to fill out so many forms to see what the BOTTOM LINE price is going to be. For this seller, the point is item arrived on time and in excellent working condition.

A very smooth and efficient transaction: a Sunday afternoon order resulted in a Monday morning dispatch and receipt of the product (by regular "free" shipping) by Tuesday afternoon. At the best price on the Internet, also. And I was kept informed accurately of the progress of my order throughout.

I was quite satisfied with my order, and my experience with your company! They had the best "bottom line" price. The web site was very easy to use and understand. No hassles. The product description and price was excellent compared to other web sites/vendors. Customer service was also very helpful via email and telephone I expected delivery in one week but I received my purchased item in one business day! I would use this vendor again!
