2. Flaw but Good Store

Brilliant Store is a good merchant; unfortunately, The part number is for 3 or 4 different batteries. I'm pleased with dealing with this company but am unhappy that I had to pay for shipping to return an earlier product which was defective when I received it. Real pain in the butt and it's not your fault, that there are so many different batteries for the laptops. I have spent more time trying figuring out if I was buying the right battery. The old battery wasn't much help and it was a good thing I still had the original shipping materials. But this store company was quick/good/accurate and has a very nice deal. I am very happy with this transaction and look forward to doing business here again. By the by, I'll need coupons or free shipping.

I can't believe how quickly it arrived with just their "regular" shipping. The service was excellent. Received the items really fast, in fact I was going to cancel part of the order. Overall, this website has been a pretty nice merchant for computer and electronics merchandise. They usually have the best prices, the reviews are helpful, and the shipping speed is quick. That's totally what a customer wants from a seller.
