1. Flaw but Good Service

The package box was partially broken when arrived. The batteries were in good condition. The one battery was missing. Called the customer service - she was very friendly and this battery arrived in a couple of days. Overall, it has excellent Service and Shipping as two batteries out of five totally arrive DOA. Customer service was excellent and replacement batteries arrived overnight. By the way, I think the ability to track the order status would be beneficial as opposed to just getting the email from the shipping company. Just a suggestion. Thank you for this.

This was a fantastic on-line shopping experience! Brilliantstore's price was the lowest, including their shipping honest charges, unlike other companies that offer a low come-on price and then rip you off with a $10 "shipping and handling charge". I couldn't believe that after placing my order in the morning, with normal 3-day UPS shipping and being informed that the item would be shipped in 24-48 hours, I actually received it the next afternoon!!! The communication from this company was outstanding as well - and it even arrived before they said it would. Thank you for your service!

I can't believe how quickly it arrived with just their "regular" shipping. The service was excellent. Received the items really fast, in fact I was going to cancel part of the order. Product is fine, product experience only so-so. The battery seems to work allright, but I was worried I would not get it. The original email said I would get it sometime in the next 4 to 7 days. What was missing was the verificiation that it was indeed sent, and how. Other companies tell me that it was shipped on such a date, and how it is being shipped. I can even track it online to verify it is indeed coming to my house. Verification is the key word.
