I can't believe how quickly it arrived with just their "regular" shipping. The service was excellent. Received the items really fast, in fact I was going to cancel part of the order. I was looking for the highest capacity battery I could get my hands on for my Sony VGP-BPS5A. This was a surprise to me to find a 12000mAh. I read the spec. Wow!! On my first 6 charge cycles, I am able to stretched my battery life to about 8+ hours. That's about finishing off all three movies "Karate Kid" I, II and III on the flight from SF to Singapore. Fantastic. It is a bit bulky. No issue there since it sits on the tray table on the plane.

This store's efficiency has always been exemplary, and their customer service is helpful too. But they didn't just refund for a defective component (which was out of stock), but also credited the return shipping fee, and also offered free shipping on a similar item. Briliantstore has won my highest respect. Having worked 15 years as a systems engineer, I can state this store's integrity and customer concern sets them above.

Have done business twice with this vendor. First time was ordering the W.D. Raptor 150GB HD. Ordered drive at 9am in the morning and received confirmation e-mail immediately. At 11pm I received email with UPS tracking #. The package arrived the NEXT DAY just after 12 noon. I was expecting at least the 3-day wait (I chose the free 3-day shipping option). I live in Las Vegas and the warehouse is apparently in California somewhere, which helped I am sure. Needless to say, I was pretty happy with them. They have me for a return customer!!
