1. Flaw but Good Service

My Toshiba Dynabook SS RX1/TE120E/2W battery arrived at my house the next day even though they only charged me for 3 day shipping. The first battery was defective and would not charge. I called them up the next day and told them what was happening and they sent out a replacement overnight and the new one works great which help me a lot with my work, it performs great so far. I will buy all of my laptop batteries from them. Great Prices and service. Thanks.

4. Flaw but Understandable

Item that ordered on the night of 12/15, shipped on 12/19 and received on 12/22. So not exactly shipped the next day as advertised on their site but understandable since it's busy Christmas shopping season. The Toshiba Dynabook SS RX1/TE120E/2W Laptop battery was well packaged and cheaper by 1/2 to 1/3 than most places. I was actually ordering on amazon.com through this vendor, but decided to check out the vendor first. Had good ratings and was 1/2 the price by ordering straight from them then through amazon.com. I was thrilled to find that their items fit perfectly. Also, delivery was sooner than expected. I will order from them again other than for rush items.
