Fantastic price! Though I was sent out 1 of the 4 items I ordered. I called, got a quick and friendly response. The reception lady explained the situation and no questions asked they sent the missing 3 items. I was very pleased. The product was shipped promptly and arrived in good condition.

Great price, speedy delivery, and the Toshiba Dynabook TX/880LS battery works fine with my laptop computer. Radio Shack was going to charge me $100 for this battery, so I ordered online from Brilliant store -- including the shipping & handling! This store offered notification of shipment, super fast shipping, and the item was as described. No problem so far and will be ordering from the store again.
3. Flaw but Good Service

They have quick delivery and good packaging. I ordered 2 Toshiba Dynabook TX/880LS batteries, but one had the incorrect mAh rating (5600 instead of 8800). I called customer service and I was issued a partial refund and kept the lower rated battery (as opposed to re-packaging, paying postage, and shipping it back). The packaging had the correct part number, but the enclosed battery was not what I ordered. They were prompt, apologetic, and friendly.
4. Unbelievable Fast Shipping

Well, that was Wednesday. I selected the free shipping option, and lo and behold, the Toshiba Dynabook TX/880LS battery arrived THE NEXT DAY: Thursday!! I don't know how they did that. It came by regular US mail. Those guys have really done efficient work there! My purchase experience with the brilliant store was great. It took me no time to order, and I received my order within a timely manner. It was nice to receive what I actually ordered, instead of a wrong item. I will definitely recommend brilliant store to all of my friends for online shopping!!
