Their web site is easily navigated, product is exactly as advertised. Service was prompt and delivery was received within 5 day of ordering. This is a class company to do business with. I ordered a Toshiba Satellite A105-S4084 battery for my laptop. It arrived with the upmost speed! When it was received it became apparent that the problem wasn""t that my old battery was bad, but that the motherboard had stopped charging batteries! So I kindly asked to return my new battery purchase. Brilliantstore.com""s customer service was very friendly and quick to respond to my emails. They even waived the 15% restocking fee charged on some orders! Once I received my return number I sent the battery back and within 2 days the charge on my credit cards had been credited! I will be shopping Brilliantstore.com again in the future for their convenient service and top notch pricing.
2. Neutral But For Better RMA Service

This is basically a good vendor. I have purchased from them in the past, and was satisfied, and will purchase from them again. The only complaint I have is that they won't do an RMA over the phone. You have to send in an email and wait 24-48 hrs for one. In the meantime, you really need the part so you end up ordering somewhere else while waiting for the RMA. They lose business this way. Anyway, I am pleased with the quick time that it took to get Toshiba Satellite A105-S4084 battery that I ordered. Thank you!

It's wonderful experience buying from these guys. Good prices too. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to everyone I know. I had to RMA a Toshiba Satellite A105-S4084 laptop battery and they didn't give me any problems. They were very fast and handled the RMA like professionals. This battery is not compatible with my laptop. As a result, I got my compatible Toshiba Satellite A105-S4084 battery 3 days later. Fast shipping.
