1. Good Price and Reception

BrilliantStore was not my first choice to purchase the Toshiba Satellite A15-S127 battery to begin with because their price was a little low and I figured that there may not be any customer service like some other low price internet stores. However, it completely changed my opinion after I called and answered by a courteous and knowledgeable service representative. The battery arrived in 3 days in ground shipping (most web site will deliver in 5-7 days). Their service was worth the extra bucks than they are. Finding the product and information was relatively easy. The site was easy to navigate and free of errors. Great experience. I recommend using Brilliantstore.com to everyone out there.
2. Flaw but Good Service

There was a problem with ship charges too high on this order. Their staff resolved completely and swiftly. I"m not an extremely frequent or large quantity buyer, but with rare exception, it"s only place I go to. This group has set a whole new standard for online marketing.

4. Neutral But For Better RMA Service

This is basically a good vendor. I have purchased from them in the past, and was satisfied, and will purchase from them again. The only complaint I have is that they won't do an RMA over the phone. You have to send in an email and wait 24-48 hrs for one. In the meantime, you really need the part so you end up ordering somewhere else while waiting for the RMA. They lose business this way. Anyway, I am pleased with the quick time that it took to get Toshiba Satellite A15-S127 battery that I ordered. Thank you!
