1. Flaw but Good Store

Brilliant Store is a good merchant; unfortunately, The part number is for 3 or 4 different batteries. I"m pleased with dealing with this company but am unhappy that I had to pay for shipping to return an earlier product which was defective when I received it. Real pain in the butt and it"s not your fault, that there are so many different batteries for the laptops. I have spent more time trying figuring out if I was buying the right battery. The old battery wasn"t much help and it was a good thing I still had the original shipping materials. But this store company was quick/good/accurate and has a very nice deal. I am very happy with this transaction and look forward to doing business here again. By the by, I"ll need coupons or free shipping.

They have very competitive price, efficient delivery, and smooth transaction. Very happy to shop. The search for product on the website is kind of difficult, but I use attbi.com to compare the price on each website. I shopped at this website even though I paid couple of bucks higher price then other sites because of the excellent review they had. They proved to be true. I am pleased and will shop at this site.
4. Flaw but Good Service

The package box was partially broken when arrived. The batteries were in good condition. The one battery was missing. Called the customer service - she was very friendly and this battery arrived in a couple of days. Overall, it has excellent Service and Shipping as two batteries out of five totally arrive DOA. Customer service was excellent and replacement batteries arrived overnight. By the way, I think the ability to track the order status would be beneficial as opposed to just getting the email from the shipping company. Just a suggestion. Thank you for this.
