I can't believe how quickly it arrived with just their "regular" shipping. The service was excellent. Received the items really fast, in fact I was going to cancel part of the order. Pretty standard as far as online merchants go. They shipped the correct item, and it got here just fine. I wish they would all give you the shipping and tax rates before you enter in all your account information. It's harder to bargain shop when you have to fill out so many forms to see what the BOTTOM LINE price is going to be. For this seller, the point is item arrived on time and in excellent working condition.

I was fishing on the internet and did not think I would ever find a battery for this old Toshiba laptop. You were about the last company that had the battery. There were so many batteries and so many replacements. Your on-line ordering process was remarkably simple. The battery was delivered to me in just a few days.
