Quick delivery and reasonable pricing were such that I would return to this merchant again and again. I would recommend this merchant to others also. And there should be a choice of Not Applicable above for "out of stock" notices. It did not apply to me in this transaction. Had a great experience and would order again! Thanks

I was quite satisfied with my order, and my experience with your company! They had the best "bottom line" price. The web site was very easy to use and understand. No hassles. The product description and price was excellent compared to other web sites/vendors. Customer service was also very helpful via email and telephone I expected delivery in one week but I received my purchased item in one business day! I would use this vendor again! There was a problem with ship charges too high on this order. Their staff resolved completely and swiftly. I'm not an extremely frequent or large quantity buyer, but with rare exception, it's only place I go to. This group has set a whole new standard for online marketing.

This store's efficiency has always been exemplary, and their customer service is helpful too. But they didn't just refund for a defective component (which was out of stock), but also credited the return shipping fee, and also offered free shipping on a similar item. Briliantstore has won my highest respect. Having worked 15 years as a systems engineer, I can state this store's integrity and customer concern sets them above.
