I have to say it has good prices, fair shipping. While tracking interface needs to be better. I was never able to get tracking information from link provided. Always got message "tracking information unavailable at this time, try again later", which I did, and got the same message - even from different computers. Anyway no complaints on the product and service! Easy to use website, great response via the phone (question about my shipping address), and product was just what I wanted and got here quickly. Thanks!

This was a fantastic on-line shopping experience! Brilliantstore's price was the lowest, including their shipping honest charges, unlike other companies that offer a low come-on price and then rip you off with a $10 "shipping and handling charge". I couldn't believe that after placing my order in the morning, with normal 3-day UPS shipping and being informed that the item would be shipped in 24-48 hours, I actually received it the next afternoon!!! The communication from this company was outstanding as well - and it even arrived before they said it would. Thank you for your service!

6. Wow what a battery

This is a big capacity. Not disappointed at all. The battery held over more than 5 hours charge. I got what I needed, at the moment when I badly needed the laptop to be up. Thanks, BrilliantStore for advising this battery to me.

After fully charging I expected the battery to last for 4 hours, instead it lasted for 3 hours only .
