Pleasant enough experience, though I called to verify availability of plasma and was unable to place order over phone. Would have been more convenient to order over phone directly after verifying availability.

These guys are excellent. Each and every order I have placed has been delivered quickly and accurate. I find here to have the best prices, they're not always the lowest but when you figure s&h they usually are. The one time I did return an item, it was handled fast and my exchange was received the same week! Their customer service is excellent, prices very good.
